How It Started
It wasn’t long after starting his first company out of his home in a makeshift office, that Trembley started to see hints and small glimpses of being able to crack the elusive code. Before finally cracking the code and implementing these now “legendary business strategies”, his company was just one of over 800 companies fighting for the same business. No better, no worse…just the same.
To separate him and his company from the competition and win more business, he began experimenting and perfecting his strategies that he has since proven hundreds of times from coast to coast, in small towns as well as the largest cities in the country with every type of business. By using his business principles, he fulfilled his dream of one day owning a well respected, customer focused, high quality company. His company was renowned for catering to the client and easily dominated its market. In fact, it maintained a 48% or higher market share for 12 straight years. They became the premier design firm and were chosen by 30 out of 33 regional and national builders for the parade of homes year in and year out in a posh upscale community. They attracted the most qualified employees but the best part of the on going story is that his companies have always attracted the best customers. In almost 30 years and close to 25,000 clients later, there have only been 2 clients that did not pay the contracted amount due to not being happy with the end result. You would think that to do this, they would be giving away their products or selling them at deep discounts to secure the business, but in fact, they were actually 300% to 400% higher than the competition.
After perfecting his business principles that he teaches today, he continued to tweak the system to perfect it even more which helped him sell between 900 and 1200 high ticket sales every year…in an industry where the average sales per year for an exceptional professional in the same type business is less than 30 sales per year. And don’t forget, Trembley’s sales averaged over 300% higher than the competition.
As the years moved on he continued to experiment and study the results of how customers reacted to certain types of service, sales approaches, scheduling changes, warranty, follow-up, contracts, change orders, etc. During those years, he perfected the ideal business model that attracts the best customer, employees, the highest profits, and the least stressful way of doing business for everyone involved so that you don’t have to try to reinvent or go through the learning curve and loose hundreds of thousands of dollars while learning.

Atlanta: After selling his company and moving to Atlanta, Trembley was retained by a regional high-end kitchen and plumbing distributor to turn around a stalled division that had poor performance and dismal sales. Within 3 months after implementing his business principles, sales increased 25 fold over the same time period of the year before while using the same sales staff and no advertising.
Texas and United States: A large international franchise company had expanded into new business arenas many times. After two years, it was becoming very clear that the latest company they started either would be closed down with a $600k loss or they had to try another strategy. They elected to try another strategy and hired Trembley to assess where they were and what direction they needed to head for success. With only one location and no direction, Trembley quickly turned the company in the right direction and began implementing the proven strategies that you will learn while being consulted with and taught in his workshop. Within 18 months, they had sold 24 franchises throughout the United States and were named by Entrepreneur Magazine as one of the top 15 fastest growing franchise companies in the world.
Florida: 10-year-old company expands into new market with less than average results. After implementing our business principles, sales contracts increase from 35 per year to 374 in the first year. In the second year they increased to over 450.
United States: Trembley was hired by a $250 million dollar national company to open a new business segment and create the business model that would be used by others once it was perfected in other areas of the country. Using his strategies and business principles, he not only opened the new business segment successfully, he was awarded as the number one sales and marketing person in the company (including all other existing divisions) as well as received awards for forecasting sales and profits that were less than one quarter of a present off predictions. He could do this with such accuracy because his business model is very predictable…once you do this, you can expect this to happen.
